How long does verification take?
Basic verification is instant. Standard verification takes 24-48 hours. Premium verification takes up to 72 hours and includes physical verification.
What payment methods do you support?
We support MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, bank cards (Visa/Mastercard), and direct bank transfers.
What are the platform fees?
EveryGiving charges a 5% platform fee on successful donations. Payment processing fees (1-2%) are handled by Paystack. There is no fee to create a campaign.
How do I receive my funds?
Funds can be withdrawn to your MTN MoMo wallet, bank account, or any supported mobile money provider. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
Can I create a campaign for someone else?
Yes! You can create a campaign on behalf of someone else. However, you'll need to provide their documentation for verification, and they must consent to the campaign.
Is there a minimum or maximum goal?
The minimum goal is GH₵ 50 and the maximum is GH₵ 1,000,000. For amounts above GH₵ 50,000 we recommend Premium verification.
